index.html still linked Vite's scaffold favicon at /vite.svg, which does
not exist in public/ — so every browser tab (the public demo included)
showed a broken icon next to the title. Use the bitSpire logo that is
already shipped for the idle screen.

The kiosk's <title> still read "Lamassu ATM" — visible as the browser tab
on the public demo, and inherited by the Electron window. The product has
been bitSpire since the rename; Lamassu belongs in the provenance credits
(README, the c0b69d1 boundary note), not on the artifact.
Rename the user-facing labels that ship: the page title, the flake
description (surfaces in `nix flake metadata`), the ISO build banner, the
header comments on the live-USB config / udev rules / app derivation that
land on the machine image, and the workspace packages' descriptions.
Deliberately NOT touched, because they are identifiers rather than labels
and renaming them has deployed-machine consequences:
- VITE_LAMASSU_MACHINE_MODEL / VITE_LAMASSU_FIAT_CODE (provisioned .env)
- LamassuEventKind (exported enum)
- localStorage keys lamassu-theme / lamassu-color-mode (would reset
every machine's stored theme)
- docker container names + devenv scripts (dev-only)
- the packages/hal Cargo crate name
Hardware names in HAL driver comments ("Lamassu Sintra", "Douro", "Tejo")
stay: those are the physical machines' real names — that IS the credit.

Add CSP in two layers:
1. Meta tag in index.html (works for all builds)
2. HTTP header via Electron session API (defense-in-depth)
Policy: script-src 'self' blocks XSS from loading external scripts
or executing inline scripts. style-src allows 'unsafe-inline' for
Vue's style injection. connect-src allows ws/wss/http/https for
configurable relay and API endpoints.

The kiosk UI was optimized for 1920px touchscreens, breaking mobile web.
Uses Tailwind lg: breakpoints (mobile-first) so mobile works naturally
while kiosk sizing applies at 1024px+. No JS branching — pure CSS.
- Viewport: width=1920 → width=device-width
- Kiosk-only: overflow:hidden and cursor:none behind @media (min-width: 1024px)
- IdleView: stack buttons vertically on mobile, justify-around for even spacing
- CashInView/CashOutView: stack split panels on mobile (flex-col-reverse lg:flex-row)
- QRCode: SVG scales down on small screens via max-w-full
- App.vue: hide verbose badges on mobile, debug bar collapses theme/color selectors
- Connection/network badges always visible (not gated by isIdle)
- Reduce zone-glow animation intensity by half (20px/4px vs 40px/8px)
- All lg: values verified to match original kiosk rendering

Scale up button sizes (kiosk, kiosk-lg, kiosk-icon variants), add
active:scale feedback, set viewport to 1920px fixed width, hide cursor,
and bump card title/description sizes for touch-screen readability.

- Add dev.sh script for managing regtest development environment
- Implement cmd_fund to fund ATM app owner via Lightning.Pub API
- Add --fund flag to cmd_up for automatic funding on startup
- Update setup_atm_app to write VITE_APP_ID to machine .env
- Fix Electron IPC to pass appId and extensionApiUrl to renderer
- Restructure repo from nested lamassu-next/ to root
The dev.sh script now supports:
- ./dev.sh up --fund # Start regtest and auto-fund ATM
- ./dev.sh fund # Fund existing ATM app
- ./dev.sh status # Show environment status
- ./dev.sh reset # Clean restart
