CLAUDE.md has outdated information:

1. Test Counts (Lines 39-42)

Package CLAUDE.md Actual
@lamassu/nostr-client 13 13 ✓

@lamassu/state-machine 9 14

2. Implementation Status (Lines 19-21)

apps/machine is marked as "planned" but is actually partially implemented:

  • Has package.json with dependencies
  • Has Vue 3 components and views
  • Has Pinia store
  • Has Lightning service integration

Should be marked as "In Progress" or "Partial".

Fix

  1. Update state-machine test count: 9 → 14
  2. Update apps/machine status: "(planned)" → "(in progress)"
  3. Add note about what's implemented vs. what remains
