Replace Tauri with Electron for the ATM kiosk application to enable direct integration with the TypeScript HAL drivers.

Background

See ADR-001 for the full decision rationale. Key points:

  • Electron allows @lamassu/hal to run directly in the main process
  • Single debugging environment (Chrome DevTools)
  • Tauri's benefits (small binary, low RAM) don't apply to dedicated kiosk hardware

Tasks

  • Remove Tauri dependencies (src-tauri/, Cargo.toml references)
  • Add Electron as dependency
  • Create Electron main process entry point
  • Configure Electron to load Vue app
  • Set up IPC for HAL communication (main ↔ renderer)
  • Configure kiosk mode (fullscreen, no frame)
  • Update build scripts

Acceptance Criteria

  • pnpm dev launches Electron app with Vue UI
  • pnpm build produces distributable for Linux x86_64
  • App runs fullscreen in kiosk mode
