feat(restaurant): add v0.1.0 — first release

Restaurant CMS extension (menus, modifiers, inventory, orders, KDS,
print queue). Lightning-native via LNbits, Nostr-published menus
(NIP-99). Customer surface ships in aiolabs/webapp's restaurant
bundle.
