bitcoind: simplify pruning 
Remove the possible null value for bitcoind.prune and set prune = 0 in
bitcoind as a default. Remove prune = 0 in secure-node.nix and the
mkForce in configuration.nix (bitcoind.prune = lib.mkForce ).
