fix(static): ship placeholder tile (restaurant.png)

config.json declares a 'tile' at /restaurant/static/image/restaurant.png
that the LNbits extension catalog and per-page chrome both pull. The
file didn't exist, so every page that referenced it logged a 404.

Drop in a 256×256 placeholder (purple rounded square + 'R' + 'Menu'
caption) so the catalog renders cleanly until we have proper
branding. Generated with ImageMagick; replace any time.
