5b69b87394 Showcase: user-initiated sync coordinator wired into Status screen 
runSync() composes transport -> verifier -> quarantine no-loop -> staging ->
activation as one user action (the phone tap). Trust comes from same-origin
/sync-config.json (edition + origin + pinned fingerprint->SPKI map). Prep
guidance view gains a real Download button with phase messages and outcome
notes (ok/no-update/offline/rejected/not-configured). Pipeline now writes the
per-edition pointer /editions/<ed>/latest.json the HttpTransport consumes, and
takes --min-app-version so staging packages pass shell compatibility.
6 new end-to-end tests (fake fetch + fake-indexedDB): activate, no-update,
untrusted-key rejection keeps v1 + quarantines v2, no-loop fetches ONLY
latest.json on a quarantined pointer. Full CI green: 291 tests.

853c19fbac Stage 7 close-out: verifier hint wiring (pointer identity into quarantine) + quarantine round-trip tests S06-S09. 10 new tests (store round-trip, reopen persistence, B-6 v1->v2 migration keeps favorites, slot-DB deletion isolation, no-loop skip with ZERO file fetches, latest.json advance clears skip, bad-sig lands in IDB via sink). Full CI green: 285 tests.

48685b3cc8 Stage 7 (partial, stopping point): persistent quarantine store in lumen-user v2 (additive migration, B-6 safe), quarantine no-loop skip in pullCandidate before any file fetch; verifier/pull wiring compiles clean, 275 tests green. Quarantine round-trip tests pending.
