- src/data/festival-package/types.ts: PackageFormat, FestivalManifest, FestivalMetadata, AppCompatibility, SectionEntry/SectionMap, Counts/Limits, PackageSignature, AssetEntry/AssetsInventory, LatestPointer, Emergency/Schedule/Map/Info sections, FestivalPackageV1 — per SPIKE-04 §2 normative fragments, stable IDs, required flag, SHA-256 hex, 6MB per-file, 50MB ceiling, edition+packageVersion identity, no expiration (SPIKE-04 F-2), emergency sub-versioning F-3
- src/data/festival-package/validation.ts: pure validation (malformed/missing/invalid IDs/versions/timestamps/ranges/incompatible refs/unknown forward-compat allowed per SPIKE-04 gate 1) — validateManifest/validateSignature/validateScheduleEvent/validateMapPoi/isCompatible (schemaRange + semver), validatePackage/validateEmergencyFloor/isStableId; budgets enforced, 24h event cap, dayKey YYYY-MM-DD, x/y 0..1, lat/lng null GPS optional I-7
- src/data/user/types.ts: FavoriteEntry, FavoriteMap, UserPrefs, DiagEntry, UserStoreShape (schemaVersion separate per SPIKE-04 F-4, B-6 never part of package)

- src/domain/readiness/types.ts: ReadinessInput C1..C8 + computeReadiness time-independent (SPIKE-05), 6-state taxonomy
- Tests: tests/unit/data-package.test.ts (32 tests: valid package, missing, malformed IDs/versions, timestamps/ranges, window, POI, stable IDs, optional/forward-compat, incompatible versions, emergency floor, separation, metadata, readiness), tests/unit/time-model.test.ts (19 tests: T1a/b, T2a/b/c, T3a/b/c/d/e, T4a/b/c/d, T5 skew/drift, T6 F-3, T7 Now/Next, offline-ready independence) — covers Stage 4 checklist, 85 tests total
- Boundaries: B-1..B-7 intact, no IDB/Cache/SW/sync/dataset activation, no runtime deps, separation authoritative vs user vs baseline enforced

Stage 3: offline/PWA foundation — SW registration + minimal shell SW
- Normalize branch to main
- public/sw.js: hand-written, tiny (install precache + activate cleanup + fetch navigation/assets cache-first + package passthrough /latest.json /editions/** C-21 + message SKIP_WAITING). Safe population: open+addAll atomically, delete partial on failure; versioned cache lumen-shell-<version>-<gitHash> deterministic per build (injected via Vite plugin, not static); no skipWaiting in install (next full start per ARCH §8), no IDB/sync/dataset/B-5
- public/fallback.html: Ring-0 last-resort, no IDB, preserves future emergency baseline (src/emergency-baseline remains empty until Stage 10)
- src/platform/sw/register.ts: offline-safe bridge, never blocks boot, scope /, handles unsupported/failed, skipWaitingForUpdate
- src/app/main.ts: import + void registerSW().catch (non-blocking)
- vite.config.ts: lumenShellPlugin closeBundle injects CACHE_NAME + PRECACHE_URLS (core /, index.html, fallback.html, manifest, icons + hashed assets/*) + precache-manifest.json; hashed immutable assets via rollup output
- Build: dist/index.html 0.92kB, style 3.06kB/1.18gz, js 8.15kB/2.74gz (shell <1MB/150kB budgets)
- Tests: tests/unit/sw.test.ts (16 tests: file minimal, B-5, install/activate/fetch/message, package passthrough, fallback last-resort, registration unsupported/registered/failed, skipWaiting, versioning)
- CI: typecheck + lint + format + test (34 tests) + build — desktop automation; iOS lifecycle/persistence/eviction/jetsam/install still physical-device validation per ARCHITECTURE-VALIDATION.md §4

- Vite 6 build with hashed immutable assets (assets/index-[hash].js 2.63kB gz, style 1.18kB gz; index.html 0.92kB) — single-bundle, offline-safe shell (index.html no-cache, assets immutable) per ARCH §24
- index.html + manifest.webmanifest (standalone, / scope) + fallback.html Ring-0
- src/app/main.ts boot + layout + status placeholder (no IDB/Cache/SW/sync per Stage 2 SCOPE)
- src/app/layout.ts: banner, skip-link, main#main-content, bottom nav Emergency·Schedule·Map·Festival (Emergency first, --emergency accent #b91c1c/#ef4444, 64px nav, 48px targets)
- src/ui/router/router.ts: history-API, offline-safe deep links (/emergency canonical), normalizePath, routeForPath, no network
- 4 placeholder views (emergency/schedule/map/festival) + not-found, semantic h1/section/aria-labelledby, view-placeholder structural only (no real data)
- src/app/styles.css: phone-first, high-contrast, dark via prefers-color-scheme, large touch targets, one-handed, outdoor, reduced-motion guard
- Tests: tests/unit/shell.test.ts (14 tests: boot, landmarks, 4 destinations, emergency one-tap from every route, unknown routes, normalize, a11y) — jsdom; updated boundaries test for Stage 2 shell
- Lint: allowDefaultProject for vite.config.ts; boundaries B-1..B-7 enforced (eslint-plugin-boundaries), B-7 innerHTML guard
- CI passes: typecheck + lint + format + test (18 tests) + build
- No IDB/Cache/SW/DataPackage/sync/mesh/accounts per contract — directories remain .gitkeep
