Knowledge vault (Orion/PARA) migrated from the pre-Orion 484vault on
2026-10-01. Deliberately orphaned: prior history contained a plaintext
password and stays local-only on branch archive/pre-boilerplate-history.
Secrets and live Hermes state are gitignored.

+## Overview
+The umbrella organization ("the lab") — a community of people with a shared
+ideology of privacy and security, 3 locations, ~12 startups in an incubator
+(channelled description, 2026-04-24). "A future where all of these tools are
+available to all with no gatekeepers." Runs a trust that sets an annual budget;
+the trust covers rent + electric (4-24). Not an LLC as of 2026-05-04 (entity
+decision pending: 484 LLC with trust vs Asif's LLC + DBA vs non-profit).
