Orion vault — clean initial history

Knowledge vault (Orion/PARA) migrated from the pre-Orion 484vault on
2026-10-01. Deliberately orphaned: prior history contained a plaintext
password and stays local-only on branch archive/pre-boilerplate-history.
Secrets and live Hermes state are gitignored.

+# Sapien Opening and Closing Checklist
+
+Durable operations reference extracted from `Sapien Opening and Closing.docx`
+(undated; an operations checklist, not a meeting).
+
+## Morning opening
+Lights, trash pickup, sweep, vacuum, blow dust off surfaces, wipe tables,
+declutter, put chairs away, do dishes, stock the bathroom.
+
+## Continuous (during open hours)
+- Front shop coverage until Asif is present.
+- Answer the door; handle deliveries and payments.
+- Tours; spot-checks around the property.
+- Offer food/drinks; give info; selling (front store).
+
+## Event setup
+Rearrange the room, host the event, clean up drinks, help the organizer.
+
+## Evening closing
+Same as morning opening + turn off the sauna, take trash out, put out new
+trash bags, lock up, lights off.
+
+## Weekly
+Sweep/dust, mop, check the fridge, organize the gym, inventory check.
+
+## Known gaps
+- The inventory list does not exist yet ("(List needed)"); known consumables:
+  TP, napkins, plates.
+- No one is named as the person who orders inventory
+  ("ordering more or finding out who is ordering them").
