Fix stuck 'Summarizing… 0%': the 'already running — attach to it' branch in reprocessInPlace returned without polling, stranding the initial busy label on screen forever (comment promised live progress the code never did). Now it falls through to the same poll loop as a fresh job. Also makes every early-return clear the busy state.
