Align cleaning party doc with updated PDF

Reorder toilet steps (mirror first, toilet last), switch drying to grey
cloth, add supply-location note and trash step. Move kitchen chairs to
step 2. Add washing-machine dry/fold and weekly bin duty to utility
room. Relocate Lost & Found to bottom of staircase and add
chairs-on-tables to surfaces role. Trim sweep role to cushions only.
Add vacuum filter cleaning detail.
