86f0d4ba34 Add circuit breaker location floor plans 
- Add photos showing circuit breaker locations for each floor:
  - RDC (ground floor)
  - 1st floor (French) / 2nd floor (US)
  - 2nd floor (French) / 3rd floor (US)
- Add prominent callout explaining French floor numbering convention
- Organize images in infrastructure/images/
