feat(content/en): restore dropped inline links & standalone lines

Editorial choice #6 (dropped dead-ends/lines): restore Wix content and
render minimal blocks to hold it:
- concept: second hero line ('Coming soon !: Visit the new exhibit...')
- vision: inline '(read more about the concept here)', 'holistic'
  wording, and the living-agreements / governance 'read more' lines
- long-stays: the Gandhi guiding quote
