    Rebase onto upstream v1.6.8 (#33), the SatsPay removal it required (#41),
    active-wave Nostr publishing (#61) and per-wave capacity (#34, #62).

    Verified on bohm's dev LNbits before tagging: fork migration m004 applied
    (events_fork 3 -> 4, upstream events untouched at 8), a two-wave event
    rolls up to 45 while pricing per wave, a purchase from the 25-sat wave
    mints a 25-sat invoice rather than the primary wave's 10 and stamps the
    ticket with its wave, a zero-capacity wave is refused, and the published
    NIP-52 event carries the active wave's counts (available 5, price 10)
    rather than the roll-up.
