Pairs with aiolabs/events v1.6.1-aio.11 (feat/organizer-sender-identity): extra.organizer_name becomes the From display name of ticket emails ("Organizer via ") and extra.reply_to_email the Reply-To (blank = the organizer's account email).

Two fields under the notifications section next to the per-event subject/body; reply-to validated as an email or left empty; EventExtra type extended. Older extensions ignore the unknown keys, so this can ship before or after the extension bump.

vue-tsc -b clean, 26/26 events tests.

Rebased onto current dev (9c0abfa) and added a second commit: 77b0bc5 — the "Send me a copy of each ticket email" switch next to the email/Nostr confirmation toggles, mapped to extra.copy_to_organizer (aiolabs/events#47). vue-tsc -b clean, 26/26 tests.

Closing without merge: the extension side (aiolabs/events #44/#47) is deferred, so these editor fields have nothing to drive yet. Branch feat/events-organizer-sender stays on origin for when the sender-identity work is revived (events follow-up issue).
