Avi a66996ac10 Orion vault — clean initial history 
Knowledge vault (Orion/PARA) migrated from the pre-Orion 484vault on
2026-10-01. Deliberately orphaned: prior history contained a plaintext
password and stays local-only on branch archive/pre-boilerplate-history.
Secrets and live Hermes state are gitignored.

  • Created 5 Areas (Products/PROD, Lab 484/L484, Sapien/SAPI, Boltcard/BOLT, Home Personal) with seeded knowledge/.
  • Created PROD-1..PROD-8 from owner classification; Shonar split into Android + Desktop companions; SolLunar paused; Keynctr done-when = shared product.
  • Routed 27 meeting readouts, systems/troubleshooting notes, workflows, prompts via git mv (nothing deleted). Legacy Decisions Log -> 4. Decisions/.
  • Redacted plaintext password from 2 notes (Q5: rotate if live). Fence + gitignore for live Hermes tooling/state.
  • Repaired 9 migration-broken wikilinks; rebuilt index.md and hot.md.
