Capture hay quality rules, alpaca cleaning schedule (11 AM, 8 PM), enterotoxemia schedule, shearer contact, and Sapphi's wound protocol from group discussions. Add natural/preventative care guide reflecting our natural-first philosophy with clear escalation criteria.
