feat(content/en): revert taxonomy renames to Wix vocabulary

Editorial choice #5 (taxonomy normalization): restore Wix names/sets:
- value renamed 'Mindfulness' -> 'Awareness' (vision + reservations)
- room renamed 'Brownie' -> 'NAIAD'
- pillar set: Wix has an 'Animals' pillar (4th), not 'Community';
  swap it in and reorder to match Wix

Note: Wix's pillar list is title-only, so the Animals pillar body has
no Wix source — the body here is authored in-voice and flagged for review.
